When naming a table for Customers, use "tblCustomers" . You could also have a form for customers. It would be "frmCustomers" . It's called Hungarian notation because with the prefix, it does not look like an English word. Dr. Charles Simonyi developed the convention at Microsoft, and he is from Hungary.
